I'm trying to grow my hair out all one length, but it's not long enough yet to tie back when I work, so I wear baseball caps alot. Does the wearing of hats alot cause hair loss? If so I'd better stop so I can keep this full thick wavy head of hair.
I very much doubt it otherwise the helmet wearing people in the armed forces would all be bald. Hairloss is probably 99% genetic.
thats an old wives tale hair loss is hereditary and if its in you genes than your damned.but if anything it helps the condition of your hair.see when your out doors and your hair is blowin around the wind
can cause wear and tear on you hair .when i go running i always wear a hat and my hair doesnt fly all over the place plus i dont have to use styling products with a hat i get out of the shower throw on the hat and go.
I do work outside quite abit when I'm not driving the truck, and have noticed that my hair is alot healthier on top than the bottom. Thanks for the reply.
