i have poofy thick wavy hair and it is horrible im trying to grow it out it looks like an afro kind of thing right now and im wondering if it is just gonna keepgrowing up and poofier i need help. i wish i had thin unpoofy straight hair genetics suck

ive been growing it out for about 4 months a question for Bo how long did it take for you to get past the fro stage. and what did you do during that time cuz you have some pretty cool hair.
