It is? Cause I'm thinking my hair grew faster last time I grew it out. Of course, I'm not really sure how long it was when I started then, so I don't really have a base for comparison...
could you try some wet shots----great to see true length
I don't have any with my hair wet, and after showering, it's all laying upon my head (ie. not hanging down).
I guess I can take a photo next time I wet it.

I wonder how the curls will behave once it gets longer.
Last time I grew it, it turned mostly straight-ish, this time it seems to keep the curls for longer.
This picture is 2½ years old, and it's quite different from now (and quite longer):

Most of my hair at front does go to my lips when stretched, it just appears shorter cause of the curls. My hair curls differently different places, so it just looks as if the front is short.
My neck is where it's short really, I had a trim in january, and I regret it a lot.
I don't really have any tangles that I can't undo with my fingers yet.
