I didn't wear ponytails a lot, but now in summer I use this style.
My hair is about shoulders-length.
Do U think it's better a high tail or a low one? Pictures?

  A low tail is the best choice if your bangs are of sufficient length to reach the hair tie. Absalom

  I prefer low tails because I think they put less stress on the hair (if any). I only wear mine at work though, and only because it's required

  I find high ponytails to be more comfortable than low ones. I know that most of the guys here don't agree with me, but I prefer high.
