I was wondering...i jus bought a bottle of 3 min. miracle and i want to know if this is supposed to replace my conditioner..or do i still have to use my regular conditioner. thanx
It's a deep conditioner that should only be used every three days to two weeks - your call there.
It's not a replacement to your conditioner.
yes it can, ingred wise its similar to reg cond, lately ive been using it everydat but not for 3 mins cos I dont have the time...I like it cos I can leave it on for a few sec's but still feels afterwards that my hair is conditioned which I dont get with many brands unless I leave them on in the shower, which I dont do anymore cos they are comedogenic.
What's comedogenic, it it similar to cancerous?

Yep! not to be confused with carcinogenic!... tho some poo's and cond's do contain these - eep! comedogenic ingred are not good on your body when rinsing! : ( hence I now rinse over the bath so I dont have cond' running all down me.
