Hi there.I have a problem with my hair.I try to have length my hair they are short now but they going great. The only babd thing is the following.I had bath every single day till I saw in a site that we should not wash them every day.So I washed them one day and after sleeping and doing absolutely nothing(not running, not use gel)the next day my hair were filthy and I needed to scrtch and they look oily. What to do?
To properly reply to this post it needs to be readable. I have no clue what you are trying to do with your hair... or what you have now. Washing hair is good for it, but maybe you are trying dreadlocks? If so, say it. I assume this is possible since you said "them" and not it. At any rate, did you properly rinse your hair after bathing? Or maybe try putting your hair in something while you sleep so it doesn't get dirty.
The best thing to do is to repost grammatically and understandably so we can properly assist you. Any one else like to take a shot at this one?
Yea, I can't understand him either: s
I think the original poster's first language is not English.
I think so too! The whole message is just confusing.
First of all dude, have you heard of spell check?!!
Not only is your spelling atrocious, your message makes no sense. No wonder your hair is messed up.
Either you better sober up or this posting cant be for real.
I wouldnt waste my time trying to figure it out.
Unbelievable!
He's almost certainly writing in English as a foreign language (the uncertainty of whether 'hair' is plural or singular is the giveaway). Don't flame the guy !
Hi there, it is ok to wash your hair every day. Especially if you are oily or itchy the next day, if you dont you will develop and irritated scalp and seborrhea. You could try just washing you scalp daily and rinsing your hair with water (the shampoo from your scalp will run through your hair as you rinse) that way your not stripping your hair, but it will prevent seborrhea.
If your hair is used to being washed every day, your scalp produces a certain amount of sebum to replace what you wash away. If you suddenly change the frequency of your washing, the scalp gets confused, basically.
It will take a week or two for your scalp to realize that it doesn't need to produce so much sebum. After that, your hair should be less oily.
I am guessing that the above message was posted by someone who has English as a second language. Let's wait before we make any more judgements.
First......my apologies for those on this board critical of your command of English....I wonder how many could type a message in a language other than their native tongue. I can't !! It takes an enormous amount of courage to practice a new language. Keep up the good work.
Concerning your problem: Some people with oily hair do need to shampoo daily. If you are concerned, try diluting your shampoo or wash with just conditioner every other day.
Good Luck !!
1st advice, try to rely on yourself a bit
you have 2 choices now, which one you take is up to you:
1) go back to a daily washing routine because you think scientists know better than your body, and put harmful chemicals on your head everyday
2) think about the reasons why you shouldn't wash everyday. realize that the damage done will take some time (mayne days) before it's undone and your hair looks/smells/feels good all the time without continual washing
now, which one will it be? most people go with the 1st route... but the others never go back
