Waht is a good gel for long hair ( highlighted and mildly damaged)???
Do you guys use mousse, hairsparay???

I don't know about for really long hair (since I don't use gel anymore now that my hair is long), but when I was in the "bad hair phase" before my hair was long enough for a nice pony tail, I used the hair gel from Pantene. It didn't look shiny, it was easy to style, and it didn't damage my hair in any way. And it washed out easy. Good luck!
