Hi everyone
do u have to be skilled to do these or do you think my mum could do them for me? She can do a basic plat, and i have instructions from a website but is it possible to do without lots of practice?
also - if i get it done - how long do i "leave them in" for?? i've heard it gets tight and can hurt a bit.

You can leave them in for a while... depending on the braids and your hair type...
Get someone skilled.
I usually leave them on for about 4 or 5 days..and if you want them to look nice and "crisp" u shud get them done professionally because if you get them done by an unskilled person then they will look loose n hairs will be popping out of all diff places.
