Hi Brian, you have one of the best ponytails I have ever seen. You hair looks so perfect. Those photos really show how tall you are, but don't let that stop you from growing your hair to your waist, if that is what you want. You have the perfect hair for it. Absalom
You have a sharp eye, Absalom. You're right, I'm quite tall - about 6'4". So unfortunately, I don't look like I have as much length as a shorter person would.
I know for certain I am going for very long hair. Terminal length would be interesting.
Your ponytail needs to be about 1/3 of your height to reach your waist which for you is 25.3 inches. (These values are typical and could vary + - 2 inches either way depending on your leg/torso height ratio.) You are 1/3 as old as me so 25.3 inches should be in easy reach for you. Waist length or longer hair looks spectacular on people who are really tall. If I were you I would go for terminal length. It is your choice of course. Good luck on your continuing journey. To be honest, I think the tail looks a little limp, I'm more used to seeing very bushy tails like Sorteds and the curly folk have. But no offense intended, I think your hair is perfect for growing to your waist or even the floor as it's so straight!

Yes, it does appears limp but it isn't so much. I wish it was more limp actually. :-D
Trust me Brian, I'd swap your hair for mine in a flash! I really have to work at mine to make it behave, especially whilst outdoors, your hair is naturally smooth and straight, it just looks so manageagble.
If you want a little more body & waves in your tail I'd suggest you just spread it with your fingers and throw it arround a little.

Yes, for the most part. A person commented that I have no frizz in the pic, and that's because right before I took it I used a L'Oreal Vive Anti-Frizz Serum. My hair can get really frizzy and messy looking even if a short wind hits me.
I think, you are the kind of persons, who look much better with long hair than with short
