Hi all,
I have a little question to ask . Is it ok to make a pony tail immediately after taking a shower ? Or can it be bad for the hair ?
Thx
I would say yes. My son conditions his 24+ inch hair and then we brush it into a ponytail and then braid it all while it is wet. His hair is wonderful and healthy... I think putting it in a braid almost daily protects it.

I have to say no. Unless you can make a really really loose ponytail. Hair breaks easily when it's wet, so becareful. I usually use a headband (some call it Alice band) to keep my hair off my face when it's wet.

Hair is at its weakest when wet. So avoid anything that might stress it out. If you are gonna tie a tail right after a shower, I would makesure its not a tight tail and you don't pull your hair about too much.
Ok, thx for the help.
But is there anything good to do for the hair after a shower or just wait until they are not wet anymore before doing something?
Detangle carefully and air dry. If you have to tie it back before it's dry, do so carefully, and don't pull the hair band too tight.
Many women detangle and then immediately put their hair in buns. Their hair is still healthy and beautiful.

I'm one of those you puts his hair into a tail shortly after showing.
At 31 months of growth I have no damage.
A good way to keep it out of your face when it is wet is to braid it. But, make the braid without first making or tying a ponytail. Not a french braid, but not a braided ponytail either. Somewhere in between.
