Well, lets see, there are the following people:
1. An earth science teacher with waist-length, brown, slightly wavy hair
2 A senior with superblond mid-back length hair (think Legolas's hair)
3. A sophmore with curly shoulder-length auburn hair
4. Somebody (?!) with waist-length dreadlocks
These are the more memorable people, but there are many more (at least 30 or so) with hair in the awkward stage or slightly longer. It's really encouraging to see this, especially since my region is known to be more conservative.
1: A History teacher who's regrown his hair to put in a tail.
2: 7 longhairs in my junior class (Mine's 5th longest)
3: 1 sophomore with a big black fro!
What is your region, or where do you live?

A district in Central Maryland...It's a quaint little city.
Nice. I've visited central Maryland twice. As I've said recently in other posts I believe long hair is coming back, be it fad or otherwise. When I visit my niece I see a lot more of her male friends in their teens and early 20's with long hair. It appears the buzz look is going out for young men.

But do you have an assistant principal with gray hair halfway down his back, like we do?
I easily have the longest hair in the school.
lol..unfortunately no. -sniffles-
At my daughter's elementary (primary) school, there is a music teacher with waist length hair, although he always wears it tied back.
Most of the boys who have long hair now are teenagers. There is a boy in my son's fencing class with long hair, though. He's probably about 11, and yes his dad does have long hair.
