  Just wanted to chime in, belatedly, on the topic of jojoba oil that comes up here from time to time.

  I've been using the stuff for about three weeks now and I've absolutely fallen in love with it - it's even better than conditioner, IMHO.

  Surprisingly non-greasy, and in particular it washes off your hands no problem once you've applied it (anyone who's ever used pomades or the old brylcreem will be happy to know that this stuff washes straight off your hands with a small dollop of shampoo). It makes the hair SO soft and manageable, and instantly gives it that "couple of days old" feel that I've been trying to attain for years.

  I heartily recommend the stuff - thank you to everyone on the board who has recommended it in the past.
