Well I just started using MOP C-System, which I've found great from my first use, but its a little early to tell. Ste Recommended it to me, its sulphate & silicon free and full of Organic Extracts rather than harsh chemicals so its both gentle and doesn't create a build-up on your hair. Its The main draw back is the price tag £9.00 a bottle.
A cheaper yet also mild shampoo which you can get in the Supermarkets is Timotee - I think they do a separate conditioner too, but I've never seen it over here in the Canary Islands.
