hi does anyopne know ways i can tie up/neaten my hair when it is too short for a full on pony tail - eglike beckham had before his was long enough (tied sort of on top with it hanging down at the back) and craig belamy (newcastle footballer) has now - although i suspect his is already long enough? Also how do they do this? is a special clip needed?

No special clip is needed - just gather the hair that will fit into the tail - if your bangs reach your top lip, they should fit in. If they don't fit in, you can tuck them behind your ears.
gather all the hair above your ears and put it into a hairband. You can also bouble that tail over itself to make a 'topknot'.
