so it has almost been a year since i started growing my hair and everything is great, except the past week i have noticed mini hairs growing at the top of my forehead where my hair line is. I never noticed this before until just the pass week. Does this happen with everyone growing there hair from having it short and then decideing to grow it? I just want to know whats going to happen with it, are they going to magically dissapaear! or just blend in with your hair afterwards? ... ... ...
I have the same thing..its a lil annoying tho cuz all my hair fits in a pony tail, but when theres wind or somtin it kinda blows around in my face ...I started noticing these hairs a long time ago and i thought they woudlnt really grow, but they did and their about lip length. Im thinking about trimming them, peace.
in fact i do have a bunch of small hair right in the middle of my hairline... but it's entirely my fault. At some point pretty early in the growing stage i was amazed at the length and pulled on a couple hair when i was stressed at work to see the length. then i noticed how stupid i was. hahaha.
now that hair reaches to my chin, but anyway... it's still quite anoying since it curls up to my eyes! :)
it will grow and you will forget about it, nothing to worry about. hair grows, what is there to worry about? :)

Ok, so the hairs all over your hair have a life expectancy of maybe 4 years, right (ok, just a guess, but for the sake of argument). Now, when a hair gets to the end of it's life, it is ejected by the root, falls out, and is replaced after a month or two rest cycle. When it is being replaced, it starts as a new hair, a.k.a. the shorties. These short hairs today are your long hairs in the future, so don't trim them!

I've got them too, but thanks for explaining, just wasn't sure if I was actually growing more hair...because my hair is already so thick...
