i have stated this before, but when I grew my hair fairly long(for me), one of the feelings I enjoyed the most was when my hair fell in my face. i had never had hair that long and I just really enjoyed the feeling when it fell across my eyes. I remember one time going for a walk at night and I would let my hair fall in front of my face, then toss it out, then let it fall. for someone who has had short hair most of their life, this was a totally new experience. Has anyone else gone through this and have stories to share?
To each his own, I suppose. Personally I hate having hair in my face, especially in my eyes... it has irritated my contacts on several occasions. I rather like the feel of it against my back and on my shoulders, though... very mane-like.

yep, i began growing my hair only a yr ago and it's about shoulder length. i really enjoy playing with my hair: banging my head to metal or techno, letting it fall on my face and then slightly tilt my head back and move it left and right to left hair glide back off my face.
at times (esp. after or before i wash my hair, e.g. in the bathroom), i just stand in front of the mirror and, with a childish smile, move my head 'round and 'round, left and right, watching my hair go up in the air, moving independently of my head.
it brings me such joy, a totally new experience! i never before thought that just playing with one's hair would bring simple laughter, fun, be so uplifting!

Yeah, I know and feel many of the same joys, Eisweisktar! As a part of yourself that is attached but still can move free of you, long hair adds a whole new dimension to appreciation of the motion your body makes. And long hair with its flowing waves and many colors adds a great new dimension to your non-moving appearance, as well.
I share those feelings, and I know they are genuine because I am not alone in having them. At least half a dozen times a year strangers want to take my picture, and that never happened before I had my mane. It happened just this morning, and afterwards I was walking on a cloud for an hour!

I must agree with MJ here. I don't like hair falling in my face ,
but I like it to feel it in my back and on my shoulders.
I just pasted shoulderlenght hair now , and going for the mid-back
which I hope to achieve in the new millenium !

I'm a woman who loves to bury her face in a man's freshly washed hair, straight hair feels delicious as it runs over your skin. I enjoy looking at men with long hair - I wen to see the Mission last night, the audience was full of men wih fabulous hair.
I find it fascinating to see a man running his fingers through his hair and playing with it.
Touching someones hair is a sensual pleasure.
I love my long hair especially if it falls over my face.
I wear a long bob cut (my Bangs are nearly 10cm longer than chin length and much shorter in my neck) and I wear this bob because
this is the most sexy style if you want to wear your hear over your face!
Most time my hair covers one eye of me or even covers my nose and my mouth. I love the smell and the taste of my hair.
I allways dreamed to wear this style but I was to afraid to wear this style in public until my new girl friend encouraged me to grow out my hair to wear it that way.
I love to feel my hair over my face and I remember in the first days of my long hair I started to wear my hair over my eyes when I was shopping.
I understand that you love this feeling very well!
In the meantime my girl friend sometimes wear her hair falling in her face also. In the meantime she likes the feeling too but she can't wear it more than a few minutes but she wears it longer and longer...
