Hi all,
Just would like anyones view/s on this one.
I normally wash my hair about 1 hour before I go bed. By this time my hair is not fully dry, sometime its still quiet wet underneath. I can't imagine any damage caused going to sleep with partially wet hair, but would like if anyone has any opinions on this? or if anyone does the same?
Cheers

Hi Grim
From what I can remember of your last photo, when my hair was a similar length to yours I also used to go to bed with it damp. Sometimes the effect was positive and I'd wake up next morning and it would be fairly straight but other times I would wake up and it would be frizzy. I can't see why going to bed with damp hair would damage it in any way. In fact, this is probably better than blowdrying because blowdrying can dry out the natural oils in the hair. What I tend to do is let my hair mostly dry naturally (which takes roughly an hour) and then give it a couple of minutes blast just to complete the process.
Hope this helps, sorry I'm not very good at short responses.

Tee hee!
I cannot really see why this would cause any type of damage in the slighest. BUT..........it may cause some troubles the next morning because some of the hair has dried going in different directions while wet and may make getting all in order the way you want it much harder.
I've tried this before, and if I go to sleep with damp hair, it gives me scalp itch something aweful the next day.

I used to do that nearly everyday, it did not cause damage, you'll be happy to know, but if you don't wear a hat and keep your hair flat, you may accidently sleep on your hair and wake up with a huge flip near the side of your ear!
I've always thought of it as a similar thing to a towel wrap. Except its like a pillow wrap!
I've only experienced minor flips doing this often. I'll just carry on doing this then.
