I just got out of the shower and decided to comb my hair in a slightly different way. I usually do a side part, one that is quite far over from the one side. I like this somewhat although to be honest, when my hair is wet, it gives off a slightly "nerdy" effect, lol, as it looks like my hair is pinned to the side with gel or something.
So today, upon leaving the shower, i combed my hair so that it's in-between a side part and a center part- and it looks great right now that it's wet! We'll wait and see how it looks when it dries... I'll let you all know.
For the record, my hair length right now is about halfway down my neck in back, and my bangs can be pulled straight down just past my eyes. I'm thinking of a shoulder-length goal, although we'll see where the road takes me...
Good progress. You never know where you goal (and your hair length) will end up! One of the interesting things I've discovered about long hair is that the position of the part can be varied from day to day. When my hair was short I had to 'train' my hair to part in a certain location. Now I just put the part where I feel like it and it stays with the weight of the hair. I vary my part from the side right up to almost the middle (which is a bit odd due to my deep widow's peak).
