Had my hair down to my shoulders for a couple of years. Then got into the buzzcut look like anybody else. Every body said I finally got with the times. But I miss my hair so I am growing it back. It is about an inch all over right now. It will probably be a year before I get it where I want it but I am on my way back.
To paraphrase the popular song:
"Oh, the weather outside is frightful --
But inside it's so delightful.
So since there's no place to go --
LET IT GROW, LET IT GROW, LET IT GROW!!!"
Good Luck!!!
I was doomed to have a buzcut for the first 16 years of my life. I hated it, but my parents demanded it. It still took me another 25 years to get up the nerve to grow my hair, and now that I have, I ask "why didn't I do this a long time ago?" (Just for the record, outside of the hair issue, my parents couldn't have been better!)
