i have a question on how often to wash my hair ,it is down to the middle of my back now and i have a lot of it, some people wash there hair every day ,that seems to much to me, i have very corse hair and when it is just washed and dried it is very full , if you know what i mean, it seems to tame down as the days go bye if i were to wash it more often it would always be very full and hard to control, i use a condintioner but it is still very full, any ideas would be apprecated ,bye the way i'm 52 yrs young and love my long hair .

I shampoo mine about every other day. I just go by the build up on my scalp. I also just pull it around and sniff to see if it's picked up cigarette smell or other funky smells. If it has I shampoo.
