Hello,
My name is Philippe, I am 33 y.o. and I live in South France. Sorry for my bad english...
I have brown wavy hair. I like very much guy who have feminine styles.
I have had three perms 12-13 years ago with short (4") hair. It was really fun to go to a salon and to ask for a perm set.
Last year, my hair was 6-83" long, with a bobed style. I have had some roller sets in salons : it was very nice. I have set my hait myself many time with velcro rollers.
My former wife doesn't like men with medium or long hair, so she asked me to cut my hair as often as possible. At last, she never knows my love for men with long hair, she never knows that I like to set my hair. Her hair was medium or long, and she never accepts that I set or style her... :-(
Since my divorce, I let grow my hair. Actually, I have short-medium hair : 8" long on the top of my head, 4" in the neck.
Next week, I will go to a salon for a first cut : only one or two centimeters in the neck, to start a bobed style.
My goal is to have a very feminine shoulder lenght bob, and to have a lot of hair experiences : highlights, colours, little braids, roller sets, perms and especially spiral perms.
My dream is to chat with men and women who have such experiences, and to meet men or women who will be ready to set and style my hair, as well as I will be ready to set and style their hair... If you dream of a period of hair oriented vacations in France, that's a good time :-)
Philippe
Phillipe,
I have a lot in common with you. First I also have a significant other that doesn't like me with medium to long hair. She always hassles me to get it cut. I also, like you, love the soft, veratile, and sexy bob. I currently have my hair cut in a layered bob that come near the bottom of my ears. I would love to let it all grow out and have it cut to one length about 2 inches below my ears with nice eyebrow length bangs. I think that this would look nice on me even though it might be feminine. Men do not get the choices in the U.S. to get a longer hairstyle if it fits them and looks good simply because most people here see longer styles as feminine. Well then let me be a little feminine I say. Problem is that I get so much pressure to cut my hair now (kind of short and layered) that I don't think I could go with a longer bob that I want unless I divorced and moved to another city to get a fresh start. Anyway, I would also get into the roll and set thing since my hair is naturally wavy and I blow it straight everyday.Feel free to e-mail.
